I think everyone would agree with me when I make the statement that a home's entryway is the most important place in the house in terms of first impressions. It should be welcoming and give some sort of style statement about your house and family. It can be casual or formal, but first impressions are lasting. Even if you have a very small entry (as I do) you can make it work if you use your imagination. Even just a mirror and small table with a bowl of flowers and lovely light fixture will do the trick.
